This is the summary of a study on the propensity to innovate in agriculture on a survey of more than 1,000 farmers from 11 EU countries (including 130 olive growers from Apulia) published in no. 1/2023 of L’Informatore Agrario.
The results were published as a scientific article in the prestigious journal “Applied Economic Perspectives and Policy” (https://doi.org/10.1002/aepp.13330).
